#~~~~~~~#~#~~~~~~~# Q) What do we get for registering early? ------------------------ A) You get entrance into this 3 day conference with full participation in all the workshops, presentations, social activities, closing service, ceremonies ...Fri. opening Halloween Party. There are no "special" presentations you will be asked to pay extra for. #~~~~~~~#~#~~~~~~~# Q) Why are we registering so early? ------------------------ A) Conferences like these are HUGE undertakings. Hotels in SF get booked way in advance. Getting this many speakers and presenters to agree on a date needs to happen this far in advance as well, in order to get this kind of participation. Also, attendees (just like you) are coming from all over the WORLD. Big trips need to be planned well in advance. Schedules have to be coordinated and plans have to be made. A majority of the people who attend will come from far away and they have to plan this big "vacation." Financial resources have to be rallied for a major world trip. While we realize this is very early for some, this is why we are offering such a large discount to register now! If you register NOW you will save $93 from the price which will begin on July 1, 2008. And the price continues to go up as the dates get closer. The current price is a $230 savings off the "At The Door" price. #~~~~~~~#~#~~~~~~~# Q) Is there anything I can do to help. ------------------------ A) "Yes." The most important thing for you to do is to register NOW! The next most important thing you can do is tell all your friends about this conference and encourage them to also register now. There is a momentum that builds with early registration. The MORE who come the MORE who want to come. "Thoughts increase by being given away. The more who believe in them, the stronger they become." #~~~~~~~#~#~~~~~~~# Q) Do I book my hotel room through Sacred Mysteries Live as well? ------------------------ A) "No." You book your hotel room directly with the hotels themselves. Here are a number of suggestions for accommodations in the surrounding area to the Conference. Many people will plan longer stays in San Francisco and then put the conference in the middle of this longer San Francisco vacation. The Comfort Inn by the bay, which is a fairly nice hotel, and fairly close to the venue has been contacted. They are offering a group discount for people associated with the +++++++++. They also have parking available for $15.00. If you want to take advantage of that you need to call Henree Weiner at 415-928-5000 ext. 7513 and tell her that you are with =========. This is based on availability, so the sooner you call the more likely it is you'll be able to get a room.
